Hotel rooms in various categories have been organized for the participants. All Hotels are within walking distance from the Convittio della Calza, Florence.

Reservation:
Participants can book the hotel room directly (reservation forms can be downloaded by following the link on the right side) with the hotel or through the Administrative Office. Please make sure that you receive a confirmation and a confirmation number for your reservation from the hotel. You can also send the completed hotel reservation form to the Administrative Office and the reservation will be done by the Administrative Office.

Please note that the hotel accommodation is subject to availability and will be limited after April 17, 2010.

When checking out the remaining charges and all extras (minibar, telephone charges etc.) must be settled with the hotel directly.

Changes:
Any changes or cancellation of reservation have to be done directly with the chosen hotel. In case the reservation has been done through the administrative office then such changes have to be noted in writing to the Administrative Office.

Please note that any fees for cancellation, changes and different arrival/departure times than indicated on the reservation form are dependent on the policy of each hotel which will be stated on the reservation form
