CMR Exam
The exam consists of a theoretical part (Multiple Choice format, 5 possible choices, positive marking for correct answers, and negative marking for incorrect answer for each choice) and a clinical case part (free text answers, positive marking for correct answers, negative marking for incorrect answer for each choice). Both parts of the examination have to be passed to pass the examination.
The questions are divided as follows:
- Theory and physics (25 questions with 5 answers each - 50 minutes).
- Clinical cases (15 cases with a total of 30 questions - 70 minutes).
The duration of the written examination is 2 hours.

The passing scores for each section are established after each exam based on statistical performance of individual questions and on the average level of scores at the respective exam.
As a guide, the pass rate is usually around 60-65% of candidates.
Participation at the CMR Examination is subject to separate registration and a separate fee.
